1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gkbaje ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the gkbaje platform ("the Platform") accessible at gkbaje.net and its associated sub-domains and mobile applications ("the Player", "you", "your").

By accessing any part of the Platform — including browsing the site without registering — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, gkbaje will endeavour to provide notice via email (to the address on your account) or via a prominent on-site notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the Platform is also governed by the gkbaje Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless the other document expressly states otherwise.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation of these Terms is provided (including into Bengali), the English version shall take precedence for all purposes of interpretation and enforcement. Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

Where the context requires, words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to statutes or regulations include those statutes or regulations as amended or re-enacted from time to time.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gkbaje with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, negotiations, or representations (whether oral or written) relating to such subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the gkbaje Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had a gkbaje account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register that applies to gkbaje or its partners.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of gkbaje or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are of sound mind and are not gambling as a means of resolving financial difficulties or debts.

2.1 Age Verification

gkbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted until age verification is satisfactorily completed. In cases where a player is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending transactions will be suspended, and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime, gkbaje conducts KYC checks on player accounts. You may be required to submit documentation confirming your identity, address, and source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated deadline may result in restrictions being placed on your account. gkbaje processes all KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by gkbaje — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must register for a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You will be required to provide the following information at the time of registration:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you control and can receive SMS verification on.
• A unique, secure password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent point when updating your account details — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. gkbaje reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it has reason to believe that the information provided is false, incomplete, or belongs to another person.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active gkbaje account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, gkbaje may close all associated accounts, void any bets or winnings generated through duplicate accounts, and retain any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created without your knowledge (e.g., due to identity fraud), you must contact gkbaje support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gkbaje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings. You agree to notify gkbaje immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. gkbaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your mobile number, email address, or other contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly. gkbaje is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information held on your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gkbaje Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gkbaje supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladeshi market, including mobile banking, internet banking, and card payments.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and your account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your gkbaje balance upon confirmation of payment by the relevant payment provider. Under normal circumstances, bKash and Nagad deposits are credited within minutes of transaction submission.
• gkbaje does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider before transacting.
• Funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
• gkbaje reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, sourced from criminal activity, or in breach of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method or account previously used to fund your gkbaje balance, or to an account that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process.
• gkbaje aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• gkbaje reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide supporting documentation.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. gkbaje does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's own responsibility.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the gkbaje Platform, including sports betting (cricket, football), live casino, slots, crash games, and any other products offered.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Bets placed on gkbaje are final and binding once confirmed. A confirmed bet reference number will be displayed on your bet slip and recorded in your transaction history.
• In the event that a match, event, or competition is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, gkbaje's specific market-settlement rules apply. Generally, if a minimum number of overs or playing time has not been completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Match-specific rules are displayed at the point of betting.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and player account level. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• gkbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error in pricing. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at gkbaje's discretion to ensure market integrity during key moments in a match (e.g., a wicket falling, a penalty being awarded).

5.2 Casino & Slots

• All casino games on gkbaje — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — use certified RNG technology or live streams from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
• Each game's published return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules are available within the game itself or in the game's information section. gkbaje does not modify the RTP of any third-party game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game session, gkbaje will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with the game provider's round-outcome rules. If a round outcome cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be returned.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gkbaje offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL finals, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). 6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), eligible games (for casino bonuses), expiry date, and maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings. • Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances within your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, gkbaje reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the player's account.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date after which any unused bonus balance and associated free spins are forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are clearly stated on each promotion. Players are responsible for monitoring their own bonus expiry dates; gkbaje is not obligated to provide individual reminders, though it may do so as a courtesy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gkbaje Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of any bets or winnings, and the reporting of your conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Duplicate accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one active gkbaje account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. gkbaje reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of match-fixing or the outcome of any sporting event obtained through corrupt channels. gkbaje cooperates with sports governing bodies, law enforcement, and integrity organisations on such matters.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, including to place bets, play casino games, or claim bonuses.
• Security exploitation: Attempting to exploit, bypass, or interfere with the Platform's security systems, payment infrastructure, game software, or data.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly poker or live dealer games where player interaction affects results.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after consuming the associated services on the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct towards gkbaje staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your gkbaje account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of pending bonuses subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to any applicable KYC or identity checks. Please allow up to 5 business days for closure processing.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by gkbaje

gkbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose gkbaje to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player is a minor or has been identified as a self-excluded individual who has re-registered in breach of a self-exclusion agreement.

Where an account is closed by gkbaje due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed and handled in accordance with the severity of the breach and applicable legal obligations. gkbaje will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by its legal and investigative obligations.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. gkbaje will notify players via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
